What you'll do
- Manage customer engagements, project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and program reporting.
- Lead Agile execution and coordinate customer requirements with Product and Engineering.
- Support customer onboarding, training, adoption, and expansion while helping transition reusable capabilities into the platform.
