Leads product documentation, customer enablement, and thought leadership content for Worldscape’s technical platform.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain product documentation, including guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Develop customer training and onboarding materials, implementation playbooks, and adoption content.
- Produce marketing and thought leadership content, collaborating with product, engineering, leadership, and subject matter experts.
