Leads treasury operations across the US and Canada, managing cash, liquidity, forecasting, FX exposure, banking relationships, controls, and a regional treasury team.
What you'll do
- Oversee cash management, liquidity, funding, forecasting, working capital, surplus cash investment, and FX risk.
- Improve cash visibility, treasury controls, banking efficiency, and coordination with Shared Services and finance teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop treasury team members while managing regional bank relationships and governance.

- Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity structures, cash pooling, forecasting, intercompany funding, and surplus cash management.
- Experience working with or overseeing Shared Service Centre activities, including AP, AR, payments, collections, and working capital.
- Solid FX risk management knowledge, leadership experience, strong stakeholder skills, and systems capability including treasury management systems, ERP platforms, banking platforms, and advanced Excel.
