Leads client-side workplace governance for an assigned WPP portfolio, overseeing stakeholder relationships, service-provider performance, budgets, workplace outcomes, and risk and compliance.
What you'll do
- Translate business and employee needs into workplace requirements; oversee workplace strategy, space planning, and portfolio optimization.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and hold outsourced providers accountable for contracts, SLAs/KPIs, and service outcomes.
- Oversee operational risk, HSSE and business continuity compliance, performance insights, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
