About the job
Lead client-side workplace services governance for an assigned WPP portfolio, aligning provider performance, workplace outcomes, budgets, risk, and stakeholder needs with WPP and REWS standards.
What you'll do
- Translate business and employee needs into workplace requirements; oversee space planning and portfolio optimization.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and hold outsourced providers accountable for contracts, SLAs/KPIs, and service outcomes.
- Oversee operational risk, HSSE and business continuity compliance, performance insights, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

- Experience as an intelligent client in an outsourced FM environment, holding strategic service partners accountable.
