Senior Product Manager - Smart Home Hardware

What you'll do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of smart home devices; translate goals and insights into requirements and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional development with internal teams and ODM partners from concept through mass production, managing feasibility, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Drive research, go-to-market planning, success metrics, and continuous product improvement.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer hardware, IoT, or smart home products.
• Experience leading cross-functional hardware programs from concept to launch and working with external manufacturing or ODM partners.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with partners and ODM teams in China.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• 0-to-1 delivery experience for consumer hardware products; prior smart home or IoT device experience.
• Experience with overseas ODMs and suppliers, including travel and onsite validation; familiarity with app–device ecosystems.

Pay

$156,000 - $183,000 USD base salary; bonus target up to 20% + equity (amount not stated)
