About the job
Own day-to-day operations, service coordination, maintenance, and long-term performance optimization of the Megapack energy storage fleet supporting AI infrastructure in Memphis.
What you'll do
- Monitor fleet health and performance, coordinate Tesla service and maintenance, and drive issue resolution.
- Oversee transformer maintenance, site inspections, commissioning, and O&M infrastructure for reliable, safe operations.
- Analyze performance data, maintain asset records, and support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
