What you'll do
- Oversee foremen and crews installing HVAC, piping, plumbing, chilled-water, and fire-protection systems; enforce safety, quality, schedule, and code standards.
- Plan and manage night-shift work, remove field roadblocks, coordinate trades, and maintain progress logs and as-built documentation.
- Track construction progress, schedule, budget, and risks; report metrics to senior leadership and recommend personnel actions.
