About the job
Manages maintenance and daily operations for assigned office and support buildings at the Memphis campus, including building systems, vendors, staff, and preventive maintenance.
What you'll do
- Lead facilities maintenance teams and oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, electrical systems, grounds, and general maintenance.
- Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, third-party providers, costs, and after-hours emergency support.
- Partner with construction teams on site improvement projects and coach technicians on safety, quality, and response standards.
