What you'll do
- Lead and develop a multi-level team across four shift patterns, managing performance, training, scheduling, and employee issues.
- Oversee fulfillment, distribution, storage, inventory accuracy, receiving, issuance, stock rotation, environmental controls, and audit processes.
- Improve operational performance, safety, customer service, and costs while maintaining required quality and compliance standards.
