Sr. Electrical Commissioning Technician - Memphis

What you'll do

• Commission, test, and troubleshoot data center electrical distribution and power systems through startup and energization.
• Develop and carry out test procedures; document results and maintain as-built records.
• Coordinate testing and energization with contractors, vendors, and engineers, while following safety protocols.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical commissioning or field technician experience in data centers, power plants, or industrial facilities.
• Experience with commissioning test equipment such as meggers, multimeters, relay test sets, or power quality analyzers.
• Able to travel extensively, work onsite, and work extended hours, nights, and weekends during commissioning windows.
• Able to work in industrial environments, climb ladders, lift moderate loads, and wear PPE for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrical systems, relevant codes and standards, and electrical drawings; medium-voltage experience preferred.
• NETA certification (Level II or higher) or equivalent; technical degree or trade school certification in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
