Leads campus-wide building and grounds maintenance for the Memphis AI training campus, excluding data center operations and white-space infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Lead facilities managers, supervisors, and technicians; set maintenance strategy, budgets, and resource plans.
- Own work-order and preventive maintenance programs and oversee building systems and campus soft services.
- Manage vendors, capital planning, emergency coverage, performance metrics, and building improvement projects.
