What you'll do
- Manage and develop hourly employees, including performance feedback, conflict resolution, and timekeeping.
- Oversee inventory acceptance, storage, issuing, cycle counting, stock rotation, and environmental controls.
- Lead shipping, receiving, material replenishment, cost-saving initiatives, and operational improvements.
