- Lead and coach a mixed-discipline team responsible for power plant inspections, operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Schedule work and oversee safe switching, isolation, start-up, shutdown, restoration, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate commissioning, outages, vendors, contractors, engineering, operators, and utility personnel.
