Oversees payroll administration and accounting, including payroll close, compliance, reconciliations, reimbursements, and corporate card processes.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll and payroll compliance, including filings and employee changes.
- Prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll accounts, and own payroll-related month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities.
- Administer expense reimbursements and corporate cards, and improve payroll-to-GL processes and controls.
