About the job

Own phage display campaigns from library design through hit validation, and generate high-quality antibody discovery data for AI model training.

What you'll do

  • Design, execute, and optimize phage display campaigns, including selection strategies, QC, and hit validation.
  • Develop library-scale binder measurement approaches and adapt assays for higher-throughput, automated formats.
  • Partner with computational and ML colleagues on data generation and quality; mentor associate scientists and contribute to technical standards.

What they ask for

  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Protein Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant hands-on antibody/protein discovery expertise using phage display, including library design, panning/selection, and hit validation.
  • Hands-on flow cytometry (FACS) experience, including data interpretation and gating strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, rigorous documentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Molecular biology/library construction; membrane-protein targets; label-free affinity characterization; alternative display formats; lab automation or scripting; mammalian cell culture.

Pay

$124,000 to $155,000 USD annually (base salary)
