What you'll do
- Lead and coach Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers, ensuring workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards are followed.
- Track construction progress against BIM models using The Atom and conduct on-site QA inspections in the XYZ platform.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders on progress and quality issues, ensuring findings are reviewed and closed out.
