About the job
Lead and develop the backend engineering team responsible for Yendo’s customer application process, setting technical direction while remaining hands-on in a player-coach role.
What you'll do
- Coach, develop, evaluate, and hire backend engineers.
- Own team architecture, engineering quality, delivery, and production outcomes; contribute to design and code reviews and complex technical work.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to take problems from definition through delivery and improve engineering practices.
