Leads the design and field execution of geothermal drilling and completion campaigns, managing technical, operational, commercial, and regulatory aspects of well construction.
What you'll do
- Design well programs and provide technical and management support for daily drilling and field operations.
- Design ESP installations and EGS stimulation completions; manage procurement, tenders, contracts, and cost estimates.
- Support permitting and regulatory filings, optimize field development, and lead after-action reviews and reporting.
