Leads reliability and evolution of Zapier’s database and caching platform, building safe infrastructure, operational practices, and developer tooling while advising and mentoring product teams.
What you'll do
- Own cache reliability, production incident escalation, and internal support for database and cache systems.
- Manage infrastructure as code and build platform standards, provisioning workflows, and observability.
- Improve data-layer performance and resilience, advise on architecture, and lead design reviews and mentoring.
