Own and improve the reliability, performance, and operational safety of Zilliz Cloud through production support, incident response, and reliability engineering.
What you'll do
- Participate in on-call and incident response; investigate failures, coordinate mitigation, and drive root-cause improvements.
- Build automation and diagnostic tools and strengthen monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
- Improve scalability, infrastructure efficiency, deployment safety, recovery, and operational documentation.
