Support a defined HR project in either Talent or Employee Service and Operations, researching people-related topics and developing recommendations or resources to improve employee, candidate, or manager experiences.

- Research HR or employee experience topics, gather input, and analyze data or feedback to develop recommendations.
- Create communications, learning resources, process guides, presentations, or other materials and support HR programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and partners, document workflows, and share project outcomes while handling sensitive information appropriately.
