About the job
Owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-first platforms and tools that support Zillow’s product planning, delivery, and knowledge sharing.
What you'll do
- Set platform strategy and priorities, including recommendations to build, buy, renew, migrate, or retire tools.
- Own the platform portfolio and partner with Engineering and program managers on delivery, support models, vendor relationships, and adoption metrics.
- Develop documentation, training, and self-service support, and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners.
