About the job
Originates and manages purchase mortgage loans for Zillow customers from initial contact through closing, providing borrower guidance and coordinating loan fulfillment.
What you'll do
- Convert Zillow-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans and manage loans from application through closing.
- Manage customer and, where applicable, agent relationships, pipeline performance, and service metrics.
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while maintaining compliance and licensing.
