Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans for customers from initial contact through closing, delivering compliant financing and a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do
- Convert purchase opportunities into funded loans, manage pipelines and meet service and productivity metrics.
- Build customer and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agent relationships; communicate by phone, email and text.
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting and closing teams, using CRM, LOS and data tools to manage loans.
