Originate and manage purchase mortgages for Zillow-referred customers from application through closing, providing borrower guidance and meeting service, compliance, and performance goals.
What you'll do
- Convert purchase opportunities into funded loans; manage borrower communication and the loan pipeline through closing.
- Build customer and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agent relationships; coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
- Use CRM, loan origination systems, and data tools to manage customer engagement and pipeline health.

- 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions, as an active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or under a federal bank license.
- Complete the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and pass the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
- Physically located in and working remotely from Indiana.
- Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
