Originates and manages purchase mortgage loans for Zillow-referred customers, guiding borrowers from application through closing and funding.
What you'll do
- Convert purchase opportunities into funded loans, manage the loan pipeline, and meet service and productivity expectations.
- Build relationships with borrowers and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners; provide customer support across phone, email, and text.
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams, while maintaining compliance and active licensing.
