Originate and manage purchase mortgages for Zillow-referred customers from application through closing, providing borrower guidance and meeting service and performance goals.

- Convert Zillow-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans and manage loans through closing.
- Build customer relationships and, where applicable, relationships with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
- Manage the loan pipeline, coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams, and maintain compliance.
