Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans for customers from application through closing, guiding borrowers and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a quality customer experience.
What you'll do
- Convert Zillow-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans and manage the loan pipeline through closing.
- Build customer and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agent relationships; provide responsive borrower consultation.
- Use CRM, loan origination systems, and data tools while coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
