Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans for Zillow-referred customers from application through closing, providing borrower guidance and a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do
- Convert purchase opportunities into funded loans; manage the pipeline and meet service, productivity, and funding expectations.
- Build customer and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agent relationships; communicate by phone, email, and text.
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams, while maintaining licensing and compliance requirements.
