Originates and manages purchase mortgage loans for Zillow-referred customers from application through closing, delivering borrower support and meeting performance and compliance expectations.
What you'll do
- Convert purchase opportunities into funded loans and manage loans through closing, coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
- Build customer and, where applicable, agent relationships; manage the pipeline and meet service, productivity, and funding expectations.
- Use Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data tools to support customer engagement and pipeline health.

- 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions, as an active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or under a federal bank license.
- Completed 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
- Physically located in and working remotely from South Dakota.
- Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
