Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans for customers from application through closing, providing borrower guidance and coordinating with Zillow’s lending teams.
What you'll do
- Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans and manage the loan pipeline through closing.
- Build customer and, where applicable, Zillow Preferred Agent relationships while meeting service and productivity metrics.
- Use CRM, loan origination systems, and data tools; coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.

- Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or Loan Originator under a federal bank license, with purchase-origination experience.
- Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
