What you'll do
- Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans through closing, ensuring compliance and coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
- Convert company-provided opportunities into funded loans, maintain an active pipeline, and meet service and productivity expectations.
- Build customer and partner relationships and use Zillow’s systems and tools to manage pipeline health and customer engagement.

- 3+ years of mortgage origination experience, emphasizing purchase transactions, as an active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or under a federal bank license.
