Originates and manages purchase mortgages for Zillow-referred customers from application through closing, providing borrower guidance and meeting service, compliance, and performance expectations.
What you'll do
- Convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans and manage loans through closing.
- Maintain borrower and partner relationships, manage the active pipeline, and deliver responsive customer service.
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while meeting compliance requirements and productivity metrics.
