What you'll do
- Manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing while meeting compliance, service, productivity, and funding expectations.
- Convert company-provided opportunities through borrower consultation and follow-up; build customer and, where applicable, agent relationships.
- Manage the loan pipeline using Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools, coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
