Senior Product Manager, Connections Platform

What you'll do

• Define the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap; lead products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into requirements and technical trade-offs, using data and AI tools to improve the platform and customer experience.
• Build services for agentic lead nurturing, classification, and engagement; mentor product managers or peers.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including platform-focused experience.
• Experience defining product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps, and guiding features from discovery through launch in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to define API contracts, database schemas, and pipeline architectures; use data, AI tools, and experimentation to inform product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic platforms, data modeling, or lead management systems.

Pay

USD $148,600.00 - $237,400.00 annually (base salary); USD $141,200.00 - $225,600.00 annually (base salary)
