Head of Business Data

What you'll do

• Set the business data strategy and own the dashboarding, reporting, and enterprise single source of truth.
• Structure and serve business data to enable AI capabilities, partnering with Product Data Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Product.
• Hire and lead analytics teams; deliver executive, board, and stakeholder reporting.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, including at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, unit economics, and SaaS metrics, with experience across enterprise SaaS billing, CRM, and financial data.
• Deep expertise in analytics and BI layers of the Modern Data Stack, plus data modeling and governed semantic layers.
• Strategic understanding of structuring, modeling, and serving data for Large Language Models (LLMs) and embedded AI features.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing data infrastructure for IPO readiness or leading data diligence during late-stage fundraises.

Pay

$250,000 - $300,000 (base salary)
