About the job
Oversees Zip’s US, Canadian, international and EOR payrolls, leading the team and ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, accounting and provider operations.
What you'll do
- Review payroll results and reconciliations, approve payroll submissions, and handle off-cycle payments and final pay.
- Manage payroll tax, filings and compliance across the US, Canada and international locations, coordinating with EOR and in-country providers.
- Lead payroll staff and improve payroll systems and processes, while supporting accounting close, audits, controls and provider implementations.

- Hands-on experience with US multi-state and multi-province Canadian payroll, including knowledge of applicable tax and filing requirements.
