Owns readiness and development for Zip’s Solutions Engineering organization through onboarding, ongoing technical training, certification, and performance measurement.
What you'll do
- Design SE onboarding, ramp, and continuous learning programs; track ramp KPIs and improve time-to-readiness.

- Partner with SE leadership, PMM, Product, and RevOps to deliver field training and use performance data to target improvements.
