Builds, integrates, troubleshoots, reworks, and validates complex electromechanical hardware across development, production, and remanufacturing settings.
What you'll do
- Build, integrate, and rework mechanical and electrical hardware, including wiring, soldering, composite work, and machining.
- Troubleshoot hardware and support validation, functional testing, and readiness activities.
- Follow procedures and engineering direction; document work and provide feedback to improve builds, tooling, and work instructions.
What they ask for
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience in UAV/drone, aerospace, robotics, automotive, manufacturing, or other complex hardware environments.
- Experience supporting hardware builds in prototype, development, validation, production, or remanufacturing environments.
- Strong electromechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability; experience with complex assemblies, test equipment, fixtures, composites, machining, or integrated hardware systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with scripting or test automation tools (Python, C++, or similar); ability to create or modify CAD models (NX, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
- FAA Part 107 (or willingness to obtain)
