About the job
Designs and improves the workflows, documentation, and metrics that support partner onboarding, integration, and ongoing commercial operations.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, document, and maintain business processes and SOPs.
- Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate across teams to implement workflows and track and report process performance.
What they ask for
- Experience in project management, operations, or related roles.
- Track record working with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align processes with business goals.
- Practical experience analyzing, mapping, and reengineering workflows; ability to analyze data for process improvements.
- Reliable vehicle access to travel to test sites; willingness to travel 1-2 times to out of state commercial sites.

Pay
