What you'll do
- Plan and lead partner implementations, product launches, and operational programs through rollout, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Build partner communications and performance-review mechanisms; investigate operational issues, coordinate root-cause actions, and verify results.
- Turn recurring operational learnings into scalable processes, playbooks, training, tooling, and product improvements.
