What you'll do
- Own compensation philosophy, frameworks, governance, and market-pricing methodologies.
- Advise on senior and executive compensation, offers, promotions, leveling, and organizational changes.
- Conduct compensation analysis and modeling; build scalable processes and partner across People, Recruiting, Finance, and business teams.
