Counsel, Real Estate drafts, negotiates, and closes commercial real estate agreements for Zipline’s drone infrastructure and supports related legal and deal-process needs.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and close leases for drone charging infrastructure, maintenance, and testing facilities, from scoping through execution.
- Lead transaction processes with Site Acquisition, Land Use, Finance, and other teams; support landlord escalations and lease management.
- Improve lease templates, forms, and repeatable deal processes to streamline transactions.

- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases or other commercial real estate agreements.
- JD Degree required.
- Member in good standing of at least one state bar.

Nice to have
