About the job
Leads the multidisciplinary hardware team developing Dropbox, Zipline’s ground-side autonomous package loading, storage, transfer, and pickup system, from architecture through validation, launch, and deployment.
What you'll do
- Own hardware execution across mechanical, electrical, test, technician work, integration, validation, and release readiness.
- Guide system architecture, production development, validation, and deployment while managing technical risk and cross-functional partnerships.
- Build and manage the hardware team, operating processes, and corrective actions for design, production, test, and field issues.
