Leads regional field technicians responsible for Dropbox inspections, maintenance, repairs, safety, and site readiness across multiple locations.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop the Field Support Supervisor and regional technician team; set expectations and support hiring, training, and performance development.
- Plan and oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, site coverage, safety, and partner communication.
- Review operational performance and equipment trends, coordinate escalations, and improve maintenance processes to reduce downtime and recurring issues.

- Experience managing supervisors or team leads and developing frontline employees.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements; ability to travel regularly between sites.
