Build and lead Zipline’s Product Operations function, improving product planning, development, launches, measurement, and operational execution.
What you'll do
- Establish product operating rhythms, planning and review processes, and launch readiness standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches and post-launch reviews; track product health, quality, adoption, reliability, and customer outcomes.
- Build scalable processes, tooling, feedback systems, and a Product Operations team to improve organizational effectiveness.
