Supports Zipline’s launch teams by analyzing readiness and operations, improving launch tools and processes, and delivering a scoped project from definition through handoff.
What you'll do
- Organize launch plans, track dependencies and commitments, and prepare readiness-review materials.
- Analyze launch and site-operations data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Build or improve tools such as dashboards, playbooks, templates, checklists, or lightweight automations; capture lessons from selected onsite launch activities.

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in operations, engineering, business, supply chain, data and analytics, or a related field.
- Quantitative analysis skills, including spreadsheets and at least one data or automation tool such as SQL, Python, or a business-intelligence platform.
- Clear written and verbal communication and evidence of following through on a project involving multiple contributors.
- Ability to work onsite in South San Francisco and willingness to travel occasionally within the United States.
