Supports Zipline’s launch operations by coordinating readiness, analyzing performance, and developing repeatable tools and processes for new sites and partners.
What you'll do
- Organize launch milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions; prepare readiness-review materials and follow up on blockers.
- Analyze launch and site-operations data and build or improve dashboards, playbooks, templates, checklists, or lightweight automations.
- Own a scoped project from problem definition through pilot, measurement, and handoff; participate in selected onsite launch activities.

- Quantitative analysis skills, including spreadsheets and at least one data or automation tool such as SQL, Python, or a business-intelligence platform.

- Able to work onsite in South San Francisco and travel occasionally within the United States.
