Leads daily maintenance operations for Zipline’s US fleets and systems to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Manage maintenance workflows from receiving and inspections through repairs, documentation, and return-to-service coordination.
- Set schedules, shift coverage, and backlog priorities; monitor and improve maintenance performance and asset availability.
- Lead and coach technicians and supervisors, enforce safety and maintenance procedures, and partner with engineering and compliance on issues.

Pay
$110,000 -$130,000 USD starting cash range (base salary)
